Return Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund. Otherwise, we may have already processed your order and you will need to follow the below return policy after receiving your item(s). To cancel your order, please e-mail us at contact@immunofrontiers.com or contact us.

Return Policy

You may return purchased items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, your items must be in the condition that you received them. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our address (452 South Main Street, Davidson, NC, 28036). To initiate a return, please e-mail the reason for your return and the receipt to contact@immunofrontiers.com.

If you received a damaged or defective item and would like a replacement, please send a photo of your item and explanation to contact@immunofrontiers.com and we would be happy to send you another at no expense to you.

If greater than 14 days have passed, a refund may be issued only at our own discretion. If your item is damaged or defective you are eligible to exchange your items for others of equivalent value on the ImmunoFrontiers Shop within 40 days of purchase.

After receiving your returned item(s), we will send you an e-mail notifying you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. If we have accepted your return, we will provide a refund via your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted.
